Sora! Idol Festival is back for Spring 2027! Continuing its tradition, Sora! Id☆l Festival is a concert experience for UMW students, by UMW students. SIF celebrates aspiring idols and established performers throughout the DMV region and beyond. From kaigai idols to cosplay groups, everyone is invited to enjoy the show as a variety of idols take the stage to share their passions and feelings with the audience. 

To anyone unfamiliar, an Idol Festival is an event where group/solo idols can perform on stage for a certain permitted amount of time to sing, dance, and interact with the audience. Most commonly, idol festivals showcase cosplay idols, k-pop/j-pop Cover groups, and Kaigai (or overseas) idols. Idol festivals have become a popular staple at many major conventions, including Katsucon and Otakon.
